This is to confirm that Mr. Pratik Patel was employed with Fly For Holidays for approximately two and a half years. During his tenure, he was promoted and recognized for his hard work and contributions. However, due to several serious concerns, he has been categorized as a blacklisted employee of Fly For Holidays and should be treated as such within the travel industry.

Pratik Patel had nearly five years of experience in the travel sector and has previously worked with reputed organizations such as Thomas Cook and VFS Global. He joined Fly For Holidays as a Sales Representative, with responsibilities including business development and client acquisition.

Towards the end of his employment, one of our team members observed that Pratik would often step outside the office premises to speak with clients privately. At the time, we did not suspect any misconduct, as he had maintained a very positive image within the company.

After his departure, we discovered that Pratik was promoting travel-related content on social media. Further investigation revealed that he had registered his own travel company while still employed with Fly For Holidays and had approached our clients during this time. Unfortunately, the situation extended beyond this.

It came to light that Mrs. Palak Rajani, a colleague who was still employed with us at the time, was allegedly providing Pratik with valuable client leads. We later confirmed that both individuals were involved in unauthorized access and theft of company data.

In today’s business environment, trust is more valuable than money.

We sincerely urge all travel companies to create a similar section on their websites to share information about blacklisted candidates. This collective effort can help protect the integrity of our industry.
