What is Singapore Visa?
Singapore Visa is an official document issued by the Government of Singaporean for Indian Nationals.
Singapore Visa process is an offline process where the documents are submitted for processing the visa but the visa received will be an E-Visa.
It is processed only 30 days before your intended date of travel. You are required to submit all the documents on Paper. Singapore doesn’t entertain any of the applicants at the consulate.
The entire Visa process takes place with the help of the travel agent. Authorized Agent plays the role of the mediator between the applicant & the consulate.
Singapore Visa Process takes place from 3 centers wherein the consulate is located. Mumbai, New Delhi, and Chennai All the States & Union Territories in India need to follow the jurisdiction while processing Singapore Visa.
Jurisdiction is divided as follows:
Mumbai accepts applications from Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, and Odisha.
Chennai accepts applications from Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerela, Karnataka, Telangana
New Delhi accepts applications from Punjab, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.
All the Indian Travelers visiting Singapore for tourism purposes or meeting family & friends need to apply for Singapore Tourist Visa. The validity of the visa can be anything between 5 weeks to 2 years Multiple Entry and maximum stay period on each visit can be of 30 days.
You need to apply for a visa based on your jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction is different from your current residence, you need to provide an additional document of residence proof stating your current residence.

SINGAPORE BUSINESS VISA
Indians visiting Singapore for attending business meetings, conference or seminars needs to apply for Singapore Business Visa for Indians. You need to have an appropriate invitation from Singapore to attend the event organized and documents from India supporting your visit to Singapore.
Process for Business visa remains the same only certain documents change. The validity of the visa will be anything between 5 weeks to 2 years. You need to apply for Business Visa at least 30 days prior to your intended travel date.
