Yes, if you are traveling for the first time to Schengen countries or you have visited before 59 months to any of the Schengen country then the applicant must visit the VFS center for submitting the documents & biometrics. If you have given the biometrics recently then the representative can submit the documents but the representative must have a notarized authorization letter.
What is the earliest I can apply for the Czech Republic tourist visa?
You can apply 90 days before the scheduled travel date.
My Passport is expiring in a few months can I apply for a visa?
