  • You need to hold a Passport with the validity of 6 months on arrival in Dubai.
  • A return ticket to prove your exit from Dubai before the visa expires.
  • You can travel on this tourist visa only if you hold a confirmed ticket. There are no airline restrictions for this visa.
  • The validity of the visa will be of 90 days and the stay will be of maximum for 90 days.

You can apply 60 days in advance before the intended date of travel or at least a week in advance.
How long can I stay in Dubai with a valid tourist visa?
You can stay according to the visa issued wherein the expiry date and the stay period would be mentioned.
Is travel insurance a mandatory document while applying for the Dubai Visa?
No, Travel Insurance is not a mandatory document for applying for Dubai Visa.
Do I need to have confirmed Air Tickets & Hotel Bookings while applying for Dubai Visa?
No, Air Tickets & Hotel Bookings are not required for processing Dubai Tourist Visa. However, if you intend to book make it a refundable booking.

Points to Remember

 

  • This is a single entry visa with a maximum stay of 90 days.
  • Emigration Check Required (ECR) remark must be checked on the passport.
  • Passport with the remark of the Emigration Check Required (ECR) needs to update the OK TO BOARD message on the ticket.
  • OK TO BOARD message needs to be updated when the visa process is completed and you have a confirmed air ticket.
  • The process of OK TO BOARD has to be done by a travel agent who has processed this 90 days tourist visa.
  • OK TO BOARD message on your ticket requires documents such as Passport,  Air Ticket, and Valid Visa copy.
  • In case of failure in updating OK TO BOARD message on the air ticket, the Immigration department may deport you despite having a visa.
  • OK TO BOARD message can be updated with the Charges of INR 300/-
  • OK TO BOARD message can be updated 48 hrs before the travel.
