Process for Malaysia tourist visa for Indians

 

  • Before applying for the visa you need to keep all the documents ready as per the requirements and specification.
  • Documents can be sent to Fly for Holidays via mail or Whatsapp. Our representative will verify the documents before applying for the visa.
  • As it is an online process after verifying the documents and confirming the details we will apply it online.
  • Passport must be valid for 6 months from your intended date of exiting Malaysia.
  • After filling up the online details and uploading the documents visa payment is been made online with the help of debit/credit card.
  • eNTRI Note is received after completing the entire process of applying for the visa.
  • Malaysia’s single entry visa & multiple entries visa will take 4 -5 days to receive a visa after completing the process of applying online.
  • You need to apply for the visa while in India as the application might get rejected if you aren’t in India while applying.
  • While holding a valid eNTRI Note you need to follow certain restrictions as follows :
  • You must either hold a return ticket to India without any halts.
  • You can have a return ticket via Singapore or Thailand.
  • You cannot enter into Malaysia with the ticket having a halt in any other country apart from Singapore & Thailand or a direct flight from India.
  • You can enter by land from Singapore to Malaysia at selected points recognized by Malaysia Immigration.
  • While holding a single or multiple entry visa there are no air or land restrictions to be followed.

Reasons for Malaysia Visa Rejection

  • Documents uploaded are not in the proper format or not visible clearly.
  • The photo uploaded is not as per the specifications or the image is a blur.
  • Return Air Tickets are not uploaded.
  • Hotel Accommodation submitted doesn’t cover the entire stay period in Malaysia.
  • The Visa details such as Name is not as per passport, Date of Birth, Passport Issue & Expiry date is not correct as per Passport, Gender selection not done properly, and Visa category selected is inappropriate.
  • Singapore or Thailand Visa not uploaded if entering or exiting via any of this country.
  • Stay Period is more than 15 days for eNTRI Note and 30 days for Single & Multiple entries.

How to get Malaysia Visa On Arrival

Malaysia offers On Arrival Visa for the Indians. But it is always advisable to have the visa before traveling to Malaysia as the on arrival fees for Malaysia is USD 100 as well as you need to stand in the separate queue at the airport to get the visa stamp. Whereas if done from India it will cost INR 2,150 for eNTRI Note & INR 3,650 for single entry & multiple entries.

Documents you need to carry:

  1. Original Passport with the validity of 6 months.
  2. Return Air Ticket to India or Third Country.
  3. Hotel Accommodation covering the stay in Malaysia
  4. USD 1000 proving financial stability
  5. Photographs

The stay period for on arrival visa is 7 days whereas eNTRI note allows you to stay for 15 days & single entry allows you to stay for 30 days & multiple entries allow the stay of 30 days with each arrival in Malaysia.
