While applying for a Tier 4 visa, you will require the following documents:

  • Passport
  • Proof of funds to prove your expenses for the duration of the entire course

  • Tuberculosis screening (if required)
  • Assessment documentation

Additional documents may be needed if you are:

  • Your citizenship is different than the country from where you are applying
  • Under 18 years of age
  • Have family (dependents)

You have to make sure to get all documents in English if any your official documents are not in English then you will have to get it Translated in English and make sure it has the authorized signature of the person who has translated, also make sure it has a date and he is confirming that this is the original meaning in English of the translated language.

You have to apply for a Tier 4 General category student visa to study in the UK if your age is 16 or above and you have been selected for the course wherein you can speak, read, write and understand English, and financially support yourself and also pay for the course – the amount may change depending on your circumstances and you are from a country that doesn’t fall under European Economic.
