As the name suggest butterfly beach is a home to different species of beautiful butterflies. But during low tides when the sea shore is widened the beach is full of crabs and goldfishes. Other sea animals like Sea urchins, sea cucumbers and redfish are seen here. This beach is semi-circled in shape.

5. Xavier’s Church

It was built in the year 1605 & it is one of the famous best place to see in South Goa with beautiful interiors. If you want to be a part of festivals and Christmas in Goa then you should visit it in the month of December.

North Goa
