The charges are 0% of the entire tour amount subject to if the cancellation is done before 7 days prior to the date you booked your tour.
The charges are 50% of the entire tour amount subject to if the cancellation is done within 7 days prior to the date you booked your tour.
The charges are non-refundable if the cancellation is done within 48 hours prior to the date you booked your tour.
When it comes to change of tour dates:
You can make changes in the dates of your tour within 7 days only prior to your tour. However, there will be a difference applied to the price, if any.
You cannot change names of the bookings once the bookings are done and completed.
For change of tour dates, no Whatsapp messages will be considered. You will have to intimate us via phone call or email only.
