How to apply for Business Visa

• Spain BusinessVisa is an offline process and the applicant needs to visit the center for documents and biometrics submission at the nearby BLS center. The visa received will be stamped on the passport.
• On the appointment day, you have to visit the BLS center and submit the documents as per the checklist, biometrics, and to make the payment at the center.
• In case the applicant had a valid Schengen visa in the last 36 months then travel agent can submit on behalf of them as they are not required to submit biometrics.

Process for Business Visa

• Business Visa for Spain is processed offline as you need to submit the Passport and the visa received will be stamped on the Passport.
• While applying for the visa it is advisable to take the support & guidance of the travel agent for the process & documents to avoid rejection and delay in processing.
• Once the travel plan is made you need to start arranging the documents from Spain as that will be required in the original. Also, it will be required to prepare the cover letter from India and filling up the form.
• Spain Visa application form can be filled online as well as offline.
• The cover letter from India must be on company letterhead in original with seal & sign of the authorized person. The letter must have the details of the applicant, passport number, designation in the company, joining date in the company, expenses, purpose of the travel, and the travel dates.
• Invitation letter from Spain must be in original in Spanish on letterhead with stamp & signature of the authorized signatory. The letter must have an applicant’s Name, Passport Number, designation in Indian Company, Joining date in the company, purpose of travel to Spain, accommodation in Spain, and travel dates.
• Once all the documents are arranged you have to schedule an appointment at your nearby BLS center.
• On the day of the appointment, you should reach at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• At the BLS center, there will be a representative to assist you in the collection of documents, biometrics, and payment. You need to submit the mobile before entering the center.
• At the counter, you need to submit the documents, make the payment, and then proceed for the biometrics process. Once this process gets over you will be handed over a payment receipt with reference number, your name & passport number which is to be preserved for further communication with the center.
• Payment is to be made at the counter by cash or card.
• The processing time for the visa is 04 -05 working days. You can track your application online with the help of the reference number by visiting the BLS website or call them and check.
• Once the passport is ready for collection you need to carry the original receipt given by the center while submission and a Xerox of government ID proof.
• You can select the courier service by paying the charges of INR 350/- if you do not wish to visit the center to collect passport
• Visa if approved will be valid for 90 days or as per the conditions mentioned on the visa.
