  • Belgium Tourist Visa – For the applicants whose main purpose of the visit to Belgium is for tourism or to meet their family & friends are required to apply for tourist visas under the Short Term Visa – C category. The visa will be valid for 30 days or per the consulate decision mentioned on the visa.

     

  • Belgium Business Visa – Applicants intending to visit Belgium to attend the business meetings, conferences, and seminars are supposed to apply for a business visa under the Short Term Visa – C category. The visa will be valid for 30 days or per the consulate decision mentioned on the visa.

  • Belgium Transit Visa – Applicants traveling to the third country and transiting through Belgium needs to have a transit visa. A Transit Visa is applied under the Short Term Visa – C category. The visa validity will be as per the consulate decision mentioned on the visa.

Step 1: Provide your Belgium travel plan to our Visa Expert.

 

Step 2: Arrange  your documents and Email it to us- visa@flyforholidays.com for checking & confirming the documents.

 

Step 3: Once we receive your documents, it will be verified by our Belgium Visa Expert and will schedule the appointment for the applicant. On the scheduled appointment date visit the center with all the documents in original.

 

Step 4: Once your documents are submitted, pay your Belgium Visa Fees. Visa processing time is of 10 -12 days.

  • Should Have a valid Passport and valid Schengen Visa;
  • Make sure you are well fit;
  • Can communicate properly;
  • Should be able to understand What Immigration Officer is asking and has to make sure to reply quickly with confidence.
  • You should be able to convince the officer that you have sufficient funds and you will exit the country before your visa expires.
  • Carry Original Valid Passport;
  • Make sure to carry valid Belgium Visa Copy;
  • Confirmed Return Air Ticket
  • Confirmed hotel bookings or stay proof;
  • Belgium Currency in cash or Foreign Exchange Receipt;
  • Android Phone, preferably with a Belgium SIM card from India;
