Applicable tour cancellation charges are levied, in case of visa rejection

 

50% of total booking value is required at the time of booking

 

Balance 50% has to be made before 30 days of tour

 

If the tour starts within 30 days, than a person has to pay 100% of booking value

 

Failure to make balance payment before the stipulated time will lead to cancellation of the entire tour with the applicable cancellation charges

 

Cancellation Policy: 25% of the total tour value will be charged, if cancelled before 30 days of tour (Air Fare Not Included – Separate Terms of Flight Ticket)

 

50% of the tour value will be charged, if cancelled between 16 & 30 Days of tour (Air Fare Not Included- Separate Terms of Flight Ticket)

 

100% of the tour value will be charged, if cancelled within 15 Days (Air Fare Not Included – Separate Terms of Flight Ticket)

 

Tour Amendments are possible with applicable charges before 30 days of tour, no changes can be made within 30 days

 

5% TCS is Mandatory by the Government of India on all International tour packages (On Total Booking Value)

 

It is very important for each guest to check the hotel suggested by our team members

 

Domestic hotel check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12pm

 

International hotel check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12pm

 

Early check in and late check out is hotel discretion with applicable charges

 

For any special request, we could send a request to hotel, same is at hotel discretion

 

Usually, airport transfers and sightseeing transfers are point to point

 

For seat in coach transfers, you will have to wait up to 45 mins for your pickup and drop

 

For seat in coach transfers, your driver will wait for 5 to 10 mins maximum

 

For private transfers, your driver will be available at the time mention in itinerary, and could wait for you up to 15 mins

 

For any missed transfers, guest will have to arrange vehicle on its own. If you wish to arrange through us, then additional charges will be levied

 

Please intimate in prior if you have any special request, last minute request (within 48 hours of tour) cannot be accommodated
