China Business Visa is an offline process. Documents are to be submitted at the VFS center as per the jurisdiction.

 

You need to select an appropriate category based on your purpose while applying for the China Business visa. There is no biometrics for China Business Visa applicants.

  • You need to have a Passport that has the validity of 6 months when you arrive in China.
  • You need to prove that you hold a business or an employee in your home country to support your stay in China for business purposes.
  • You need to prove your business relations in China with the help of proper documentation if you are visiting for a business meeting.
  • China offers Single Entry, Double Entry, and 6 months Multiple Entry for all the business visa applicants as per the needs and based on your earlier travel to China.
  • You need to first collect the documents from a Chinese company that will be inviting you to business meetings in China.
  • The next step will be the online form for the business visa which will have the details related to your Passport, Employment, Family, Inviting Company details, Purpose of Travel, Type of Entry, and Travel History.
  • On completion of the form, you need to start collecting the documents as per the document checklist for a business visa. You don’t need to submit the form online instead take the print of the filled form. Details in the cover letter and invitation must be in co-ordination.
  • While filling up the form you will be having an option of selecting Single, Double, or 6 months Multiple Entry. Based on your purpose of travel and as mentioned in the cover letter & invitation letter you need to select the entry.
  • Documents from China must be in a proper scanned format that allows proper printing of the documents while submission.
  • Application can be submitted by your travel agent. You do not need to visit the center for completing the process it can be done by the travel agent.
  • Once the application is submitted at the application at the VFS center, you will receive the visa in 4 -5 working days.
  • You will receive a stamped visa in the Passport.
