They can either apply for eNTRI Note, 30 days single entry, or 30 days multiple entries e-visa. Any of these visas can be applied online and they aren’t required to visit the VFS center or the embassy to get the visa process completed.

Process for E-Visa

  • Malaysia visa for Indian citizens residing in London requires following the e-visa process i.e online process and they aren’t required to visit the VFS center or to the Malaysian Embassy for the tourist visa. All the documents are to upload in the PDF format wherein the visibility of all the documents is clear and doesn’t hold any kind of passwords. The documents uploading and form-filling are done on the official website windowmalaysia.

 

  • The applicant needs to start the application by creating the profile on the official website, fill up all the required details that include Name, Passport number, date of birth, passport issuance & expiry date, gender, the purpose of travel, type of entry, travel plans, address in the home country, hotel address in Malaysia. While filling the application the applicant needs to make a note that the details in the passport must not differ with the details filled online as it may lead to rejection or delaying of the visa.

 

  • On completing the form the next step will be of uploading the documents as per the application made including the photograph which will be in the JPEG format according to the specifications made on the website.

 

  • After completing the form, uploading the documents next step will be to making the payment. Malaysia eNTRI Note applicants need to make only one payment whilst the applicant applying for 30 days single entry e-visa & 30 days multiple entry visa needs to make two payments. Payment can be paid with the help of a debit or credit card.

 

  • The single payment made for eNTRI note is for the VFS logistics charges while for 30 days single entry e-visa & 30 days multiple entry visas the first payment will be for the Malaysian Consulate while the second payment will be of VFS logistics charges.

 

  • eNTRI Note is generated immediately once the payment is made while the e-visa for 30 days single entry & 30 days multiple entries visa requires 3 -4 working days to complete the process.

 

  • All 3 types of visas can be applied 90 days before the intended date of travel. eNTRI Note applicant needs to make the application not later than 48 hrs of the visa.

 

  • eNTRI Note is valid for 90 days with a single entry and stays of only 15 days.

 

  • 30 days Single entry visa is valid for 90 days single entry with the stay being of only 30 days.

 

  • 30 days multiple entries visa applicants get the visa validity of 90 days multiple entries with a maximum stay of 30 days on each arrival.

Processing Malaysia tourist Visa from London

Rules & Restrictions on Malaysia Visa

 

  • Applicants applying for eNTRI note must make sure that they are having a direct flight to Malaysia or can have a stopover at Singapore, Thailand, or Brunei.

 

  • In case the applicant is having a stopover in any of the other countries apart from Singapore, Thailand, or Brunei then the applicant remains ineligible for eNTRI Note.

 

  • With eNTRI Note, the applicant is allowed to enter only through the registered Immigration points while entering through Singapore.

 

  • Applicants holding the E-Visa don’t need to follow any land or air restrictions on entry/exit from Malaysia whereas eNTRI notes can enter through registered Immigration points.

 

  • Applicants applying for Malaysia eNTRI note cannot apply again till the cooling period of 3 months is over if the applicant wishes to travel again within 3 months or the details entered in the eNTRI Note are wrong and has come to notice before traveling or the applicant is denied to travel by the Immigration authorities for any reasons whatsoever then the applicant needs to make a fresh application for 30 days single or multiple entry to travel.

 

  • If the applicant of e-visa faces the rejection then they are eligible to apply again immediately.

 

  • Once the visa is received all the applicants must check the details on the visa that includes the name as per the passport, photograph, passport number, date of birth, the expiry date of the passport, and visa validity with the number of entries.
